The main house was built in 1990 and is in the region of 320 m2 built, the main house is built in rustic style..
Within the garden area there is a large swimming pool. The house has four bedrooms (one en suite with dressing room), all bedrooms benefit from large wooden wardrobes. The main accomodation comprises living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and storage room.
In additon to this, there is a self contained guest apartments adjacent to the property.
Heating is via means of woodwburners.
There is separate accomodation for emplyees as well as a closed barn for machinery and tools.as well as a paddock area for horses.
There is a right to irrigation for the entire property from the Cacique Guaymallén Mendoza Canal River.

We also have 180 olive trees in production.
The property is located between the wineries: Highland Tapíz, Nerviani, Benegas, Chandon vineyards,
Peñaflor, Nieto Sanetiner and Navarro Correas.
